Stay Healthy is the third base module of the MHW e-curriculum. It is designed to help children learn how to navigate the healthcare system and to understand more about diseases and conditions that may affect their lives.  Fully integrated with the other two mobile applications within MHW, Stay Healthy supports a robust classroom instruction approach as well as learning outside the school.

Key components of the Stay Healthy application include:

• My Health Record.   Helping kids to compile their personal records of vaccinations, inoculations, allergies and doctor visits.
• Diseases and Conditions. Helping kids to understand how chronic diseases like asthma and diabetes develop, and how to manage them if they or their families are affected.
• Prevention Planner.  Helping kids to analyze why preventive care is necessary and what the standards are for their age and sex group.
• Prescription Drugs.  Helping kids to understand the role of medications in treatment and preventive care.
